This is a genuinely nice question, but a tricky one too. This is the type of question that has a different answer for different people, places and niches.
In Uganda, particularly Kampala where I stay, I’d take a second before I can even construct the first reply if I was suddenly asked this question, “How do i start earning money on the internet”, Regardless it was an actual answer or a question back to you.
In this post, I’ll try to answer this question in a general understanding, this means it will not be directly targeted to any groups, individuals, niches or places in particular.
Here is a question for you:
- Do you have anything original or useful to offer your customers on the internet? – in return for the money
Chances are, you do, even though you may not know it, and it might take some time before you can discover it yourself. Some times its talent, Products, services, knowledge or a skillset. there are people on the internet that want and hope for a service, commodity or knowledge that you possess. Some of these people are even ready to pay. Whether directly or indirectly, you can make them pay. At the end of the day, you need a website that will make you money. right?
The trick is to find what exactly you can offer. There are lots of stuff you can do with your website. But what you need really is to focus yourself on something you already have some if not a very good understanding (knowledge) about. It should be something that you already have a passion for.

As you gain experience, you soon discover areas in which you are good at, areas that your audience likes the most. And then you can divert to more specific areas as you discover your specialty.
